PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed Monday through Thursdays will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S. and flat rate shipping on international orders.
We have the following shipping options available:
- Standard - $10
- Priority - $15
- Overnight - $35 (Please Contact Our Customer Care before selecting this option)
SHIPPING TIMES

- Priority - 2-3 business days
- Overnight - 1 business day
Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier with the tracking number provided by us and file a claim
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
7DayRunway will not be held responsible for any package that states it was delivered. Please reach out to the courier/USPS.
The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued.
If for any reason an unclaimed package has been returned back to our facility by USPS, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping cost to mail the package back again
